Key competencies of G.I.B. include real estate and investment management. Since April 1998 the cooperation has been in charge of coordinating work for the interest group of real estate cooperatives.
Prospekt
In 1998, new policies threatened about 140 residential housing construction associations in their existence or founding process. COMMUNICATION Presse und PR supported the interest group with traditional press work and placed corporate topics in business newspapers and opinion-leading special interest titles.
