In 1992, Jacqueline Althaller founded the communication agency ALTHALLER communication in Munich (formerly known as COMMUNICATION Presse und PR). Since then, Jacqueline has mainly attended to B2B companies active in the IT, e-commerce and payment sectors, as well as in the consulting area. Her main focus areas comprise social media consulting, internal communication, corporate culture, crisis communication as well as change communication.

The communication expert launched her professional career in 1989 as a press representative at Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG, before moving on to Digital Equipment GmbH in 1991.
