COMMUNICATION Presse und PR was assigned by Baywobau AG in different topics:

FORUM Kulkwitzer See, 1998

For the building project “Forum Kulkwitzer See” COMMUNIACATION Presse und PR developed a sales brochure in close cooperation with Baywobau´s legal counsel. To benefit from the law on allowances for owner-occupied homes, the agency was approached for an efficient cooperation in a limited time frame.

Collaboration Baywobau / Continentale

Concerning the strategic alliance between Baywobau and Continentale COMMUNICATION Presse und PR developed a press and PR concept for targeted approach of potential customers. To target special promotions and prize competitions with leading daily papers were main tasks of the assignment. Thus, the basis was established for conducting PR in cooperation with Baywobau.

Building project Theresienhöhe

After the move of “Messe München” to the new trade fair premises in Riem, the former trade fair premises were free to develop a new city district. One of the involved building constructors was Baywobau. COMMUNICATION Presse und PR established and implemented the communication strategy.
